(d) Name two forest-based industries.
Ans:- There are two forest based industries:-
(i) the timber industry.
(ii) Paper manufacturing industry.
(e) Mention two major benefits of air transport.
Ans:- Air transport is one of the fastest means of travel. Airplanes can carry people, mail, and light goods to distant places in the shortest possible time. They also prove to be extremely useful during natural calamities, wars, and other emergencies.
