(c) What is meant by “Corporate Culture”?

Ans:- Corporate culture is the collection of values, beliefs, ethics and attitudes that characterize an organization and guide its practices.

(d) Name two social reformers who carried out Social Reform Movement during the British Colonialism in India.

Ans:- Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Ishwar Chand Vidyasagar, Dayanand Saraswati.

(e) Write two characteristics of Capitalism.

Ans:- Capitalism has several unique characteristics, some of which include a two-class system, private ownership, profit motive, minimal government interference, and competition.

(f) Write two demerits of Green Revolution.

Ans:- (i) Decrease in fertility due to use of chemical fertilizers.

(ii) The water level decreased with the use of tube wells.

(g) Define Westernisation.

Ans:- Westernization, the adoption of the practices and culture of Western Europe by societies and countries in other parts of the world, whether through coercion or influence.
